In an upcoming project called The Pavilion at Riverwalk, developed by the Lupoli Companies in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Dailey Precast will provide components for a 1200-vehicle parking structure that will have a regulation-size turf football field on the top. This is part of the ongoing redevelopment of former mill buildings that has brought new vitality to this city north of Boston, alongside the scenic Merrimack River and with adjacent connectivity to Interstate 495.

The project’s concept video provides a preview of the idea for the parking structure and other spaces at The Pavilion at Riverwalk. Dailey Precast is excited to be a part of this dynamic approach to redevelopment and community-building.

According to the Lupoli Companies, “The Pavilion at Riverwalk will consist of a 1,200 car parking garage with a regulation size state-of-the-art turf field, full-service conference/function center, waterfront restaurant, mail center, outdoor parks and direct access to some of the most iconic and scenic views of the Merrimack River and the famed clock tower.  The fields will provide much needed access to a variety of sports including football, lacrosse and soccer. Hours of play time will be donated to area teams to promote healthy activity and access to green space for play. The field will also include an outdoor patio spilling out from the function space and an inlaid track for residents and tenants to use throughout the day.”
