Precast Components Ready for a Busy Season

At our production facility in Shaftsbury, VT, the yard crew is anxiously hoping for an early spring. As seen in this recent drone photo, we have many garages cast and ready in the yard. Over the last few weeks, foundations at the VA Hospital in Providence, RI, and another at the Avalon Bay project in Yonkers, NY have been completed; on-site cranes have arrived as shipping and erecting begins from Shaftsbury.

In the next couple of weeks, additional projects will commence. We will be starting a large project (2200 cars!) on Route 3 in Clifton, NJ, for Prism, as well as the Hancock parking facility in Quincy, MA.
