EMD Serano, a biopharmaceutical business, is adding to its campus; the company looked to Hybrid Parking Garages of Kensington, CT, for a solution. Dailey Precast combined forces with Berlin Steel and Simon Design to build a cost-effective structure that might otherwise have been just a utilitarian structure.
