First Garage Underway at ON3 Metro Boulevard Complex in Nutley, NJ

ON3 is a world-class campus and biotech office space located along Route 3 in Nutley, NJ. This former Hoffman-La Roche pharmaceutical site of 116 acres is being redeveloped by Prism Partners and there is a tremendous amount of activity on the property.

The first garage Dailey Precast is constructing is seven stories tall and has a capacity of over 2200 cars. Construction began in May. In the recent construction photo (above), a huge crane can be seen in the background as Jemco Erectors hoists large pieces of concrete into place. In the project rendering (below), the unique sawtooth edge of the finished garage shows how this structure fits into its triangular site footprint.
