Erecting Underway at Overlook Hospital

Erecting is underway for the Overlook Hospital garage in Summit, New Jersey. This structure will feature approximately 650 spaces when it is completed in 2021. Dailey Precast is using its Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities to keep everyone on the project team informed about the job-site progress.

The structure includes 621 pieces of precast that are all manufactured in our southern Vermont facility and then trucked to the site. Each piece is carefully hoisted into place by a crane. Our modeling software can track in detail exactly which pieces have been erected, to match the site photos taken each day and share with the team on our daily report.
